Tomorrow, I am planning on meeting a wonderful group of people in New York City and we will board a plane and head toward Israel. This tour has been in the planning for nearly two years, and the time has finally come. Readers of this blog will recognize that I have a passion for understanding the geography of the lands of the Bible. I have been fortunate enough to teach classes and even preach some sermons on the topic. But, I knew that the best way to teach people about the lands of the Bible is to stand in the land itself and walk through those locations.
Our group of 29 people will enjoy a 12-day tour of the land. While we are there, we will comb nearly every corner of the country and discuss them in relation to Scripture. You can join us virtually by one of three ways:
- Sign up for the blog on my website, http://www.exploringbiblelands.com.
- Follow Exploring Bible Lands on Facebook, where I'll be posting pictures as we travel.
- Follow my mother's blog at http://journeyswithjane.blogspot.com.
It is going to be a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to returning to the land of Israel.
